Reservations are released on the 1st of each month at 12 noon (Singapore time). Each release opens bookings for one month of dining dates, two months in advance.
For example: Reservations released on 1 August at 12 noon (SGT) will open bookings for October dining dates.
If all available dates are fully booked, new reservations will become available at the next monthly release.
CLOSED DATES
31 October – 21 November 2026 — Out of town
28 & 29 November 2026 — Collaboration dinner (more details coming soon)
If you’re unable to select a date, it means the date is fully booked or unavailable.
